CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

We are a full-service campaign fundraising firm capable of developing and executing all aspects of a successful campaign effort. We tailor our campaign strategy and services to meet the individual needs of each client. We propose organizing the Campaign Management scope of work into three phases: Campaign Planning, Campaign Quiet Phase, and Campaign Public Phase.

Campaign Planning

Fox Advancement will evaluate and put the feasibility study findings into action, including:

  1. Meet with your leadership team and key staff to discuss feasibility study results and next steps, including the development of measures of success for each goal

  2. Develop a compelling campaign case statement and collateral materials

  3. Train philanthropy staff on campaign messaging, donor cultivation in context of the campaign, and stewardship

  4. Recruit and train campaign chairs and steering committee members

  5. Create powerful fundraising strategies for key corporations, institutional funders and the top 30 to 40 prospective individual donors

  6. Create the detailed campaign and communications plan complete with timetables, goals, benchmarks, strategies, policies, action plans, and budget

  7. Strategy around “warm-up” prospects identified internally by your philanthropy staff, including cross-referencing current list with Fox Advancement’s knowledge of high net-worth individuals and advice on developing prospects into donors

 

Campaign Quiet and Public Phases

Throughout the campaign, Fox Advancement will provide direct and daily assistance in the following roles:

  1. Coordinate and manage a comprehensive communications and public relations effort

  2. Supervise the development of all campaign promotional materials

  3. Develop narrative templates for the overall campaign and each campaign goal for use in grant proposals

  4. Assist in the identification, selection, and recruitment of additional campaign leaders and volunteers

  5. Work with your organization's leadership and philanthropy staff to oversee volunteer management

  6. Draft all correspondence for the campaign

  7. Develop and produce regular campaign reporting activities, including routine communications to campaign volunteers

  8. Oversee the implementation of the campaign plan and recommend adjustments, as needed

  9. Ensure that your organization is situated to carry out the timely reporting, acknowledgement, and recognition of campaign gifts and volunteers, including a process for providing consistent campaign updates to donors following their gift

  10. Provide a campaign summary report detailing campaign figures, the major tasks accomplished in each campaign phase, and sample correspondence to campaign chairs, steering committee members, other volunteers, and the public​
