Chelsie Baldwin is the founder and principal grant writer of CopperTop Consulting, LLC. She is a member of the Grant Professionals Association. After working with non-profit, government, and tribal nations around the country, Chelsie developed a consulting business to help others tell their story. Chelsie has written competitive million-dollar federal grants. She was a 2021 National Center for American Indian Enterprise 40 Under 40 Award Recipient. She was a 2021 Grant Writing winner through GrantStation and Grants Professionals Association.
Chelsie founded her consultancy to use her grant writing skills and tribal research on the rhetoric of non-profit advocacy to benefit the causes she is passionate about. Her goal is to deliver innovative and efficient strategies and solutions that expand, empower, and build toward sustainability. She has traveled the world and helped to start ministries through the strategic planning process. Ms. Baldwin considers herself an authentic visionary, skilled in direct victim services, leadership, project development, grant writing, disaster mitigation, coordinated community response, strategic analysis and planning, and grant administration.
