Elaine focuses on helping organizations identify their goals, determine a plan, and achieve their dreams. Her areas of expertise include feasibility studies, capital campaigns, annual campaigns, training, marketing strategy and collateral development, and strategic planning. She has:

  • Spoken at numerous conferences and offered seminars for organizations such as the AFP’s Philanthropy Day, MCN, MRAC, and MAP for Nonprofits as well countless individualized programs for organizations.

  • Taught for 15 years as an Adjunct Professor in the Marketing Department at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Thomas and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.
