Susan has raised more than $50 million for regional, national, and global philanthropic missions that have innovated programs to bring opportunity to underserved populations. She has crafted communications strategies, trained global board of directors and staff in fundraising, branding and communications and is a fierce advocate of trauma-informed organizations and trauma-informed care.
Fink mentors, develops, cultivates, and establishes collaborative partnerships to exceed mission goals and drive sustainability. With a high level of integrity and emotional intelligence, she works with a broad range of diverse constituencies.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Shippensburg University in organizational psychology and a Master of Arts degree from Webster University in clinical counseling psychology. She studied international business at Schiller International University in Heidelberg, Germany, and The George Washington University. She has served on the boards of the Association of Fundraising Professionals as VP of Communications and as Funding Chair for the Women’s Resource Center of Wayne, Pa.
