Kory is happy to bring his knowledge and love of theaters, music, and performance centers to the Fox Advancement team. His expertise includes client outreach, marketing, and copy editing.
Erika has over 20 years of experience working with mission-based organizations, providing strategic solutions to stakeholders, community partners, and business networks.
Her cross-sector experience in health and human services delivery models and rate methodology systems, arts and culture organizational structure, government agency regulatory systems and process, Tribal governance and strategic partnerships, education institutional advancement, and health care public policy work deeply extends into her work with clients.
A skilled communicator, facilitator and teacher, Whitney excels at training and managing high-performing fundraising teams to help them achieve their fundraising goals. A highly driven and creative strategist with diverse experience in case development, training, project planning and management, she is driven by opportunities to managing complex campaign and communication strategies at different levels within organizations and donors.

Emily J. Cole-Jones has spent 20 years working in nonprofit development and has worked in a number of capacities for Fox Advancement since 2001, as both a contractor and team member. She has helped nonprofits raise millions of dollars to fulfill their missions and achieve long-term financial success. Emily loves collaborating with clients on developing institutional fundraising strategies that deliver high-impact results.
Mandy brings a passion for mission-driven work developed through her years of working for a nonprofit senior living organization. Her background has helped sharpen her skills in community outreach, marketing, writing, sales, and market research.
Lead Talent Recruiter
Ahna has a background in education and advocacy work, with experience on standing committees, task forces, and coalitions. Her experience identifying strategic partners and building relationships with stakeholders has positioned her to excel in prospective donor research, community relations, and project administration.
Alex’s passion for advocacy and collaborative leadership fuels her involvement in local program development and community outreach. She excels in research, organizational, and operational roles. Her diverse life experiences help her make valuable community connections, and she is an expert at applying these experiences in project management.
Natasha has more than 25 years of experience in business development, partnerships, marketing, and communications in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Her career path has led her to successful organizations in Minnesota and Dallas/Fort Worth, including Mall of America, Carlson Companies, the University of Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletics, Mpls.St.Paul Magazine, Smile Network International, Freimark Marketing + Events, and Fort Worth Magazine.
Kevin has more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and fundraising. He has guided organizations in management reorganization, campaign preparation and major and annual giving program design. He provides strategic planning assistance and board leadership development. He specializes in corporate and foundation fundraising, major gifts, campaign management, direct mail and telemarketing.
