Safe Harbor

We adhere to the U.S. safe harbor policy privacy principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement.  Accordingly, our transfer of your Personal Data to non-European Union nations that do not meet the stringent European Union “adequacy” standard for privacy protection is prohibited, and we will not transfer your Personal Data to any such nation.  If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us through the Service.

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), Fox Advancement legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

Fox Advancement may process your Personal Data because:
  • We need to perform a contract with you
  • You have given us permission to do so
  • The processing is in our legitimate interests and it’s not overridden by your rights
  • For payment processing purposes
  • To comply with the law
Retention of Data

Fox Advancement will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Fox Advancement will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Fox Advancement will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

Disclosure of Data

We will share your Personal Data with our partners and with third-party independent contractors for purposes of: (1) performing functions on behalf of Fox Advancement, such as processing credit card transactions; (2) providing you with product offers via e-mail or postal mail; (3) tracking information generated through the Service; and (4) coordinating with third-party independent contractors to provide you with features of packages you order and purchase through the Service. Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We may use third-party Service Providers to show advertisements to you to help support and maintain our Service.

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our Service. Google’s use of the DoubleClick cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our Service or other websites on the Internet.

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Third-Party Hosting

We contract with a third party to maintain and host the Service.  Therefore, any information you submit, including personal information, will be placed and stored on a computer server maintained by this third-party host.  The third-party has agreed to implement technology and security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of your personal information from unauthorized access or improper use.

We do not provide the technologies used to build the Service, and therefore we neither recommend nor endorse the same. Any information regarding identified technologies, including their capabilities, limitations, and applications, should be sought directly from their manufacturers.  Fox Advancement hereby disclaims any rights to trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, copyrights, patents, domain names, or other intellectual property interests of third parties that are not intellectual property interests of Fox Advancement.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. These links are an accommodation to the respective third-party site owners and for your convenience. Sites linked to and from the Service are not necessarily under the control of Fox Advancement you should read and understand Fox Advancement with respect to such third-party links, as stated in the Terms and Conditions of Use (Terms of Use) of the Service. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites, sites, or services.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

Fox Advancement is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. No one under the age of 13 should provide any personal information, and Fox Advancement does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, a parent or guardian of that child may send an email message to privacy@foxadvancement.com with “Request for Child Information Removal” on the subject line and the name and age of the child in the body of the message. We will then terminate the applicable account and make reasonable efforts to delete the child’s information from our database.  If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Service in conjunction with, and under the constant supervision and consent of, your parents or guardians.  But in NO case do we want nor solicit any personal information from any children under the age of thirteen (13) years old.  In certain other countries, there are higher legal minimums for using a website unsupervised – in those countries, the higher legal limits apply.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
